What is Craftly?
Craftly is a bimonthly (sent every other month) lifestyle subscription service that delivers high quality, well-crafted products from small-batch brands. Each item is handpicked by Craftly founders Adam Montoya and Cathy Diep, along with their team.

How does it work?
Every other month, right around the 25th, you'll receive a package of 4 products. You'll find beautifully packaged items and special gifts to share with friends/family, all with an average $40 value. 

How much does it cost?
Our subscription box only charges $29.95 every other month. The total retail value is generally $40+ per box.

What's inside Craftly?
Craftly is always on the hunt for "the next cool thing" and strives to find unique and high-quality modern items to include in our bimonthly box experience. We include only full-size and deluxe (travel) size items.

Here are some examples of what you might expect in your Craftly subscription:

  • Grooming (e.g. skincare, hair care, bath and body products)
  • Healthy snacks (e.g. all-natural, organic and/or gluten-free)
  • Personal accessories (e.g. wallet, pins, patches, socks, etc)
  • Home goods (e.g. books, stationery, fun novelty items, room accents, etc)
  • Tech (e.g. desk, audio, camera, and/or phone accessories)

*Our box is dual gender and meant to be enjoyed by both men and women.

How does billing work?
Subscriptions are rebilled once every other month on the 25th.

Jan/Feb 2017 box
Your subscription auto-renews on 12/25/16 for the February 2017 box

Mar/Apr 2017 box
Your subscription auto-renews on 2/25/17 for the April 2017 box

May/Jun 2017 box
Your subscription auto-renews on 4/25/17 for the June 2017 box

Jul/Aug 2017 box
Your subscription auto-renews on 6/25/17 for the August 2017 box

Sep/Oct 2017 box
Your subscription auto-renews on 8/25/17 for the October 2017 box

Nov/Dec 2017 box
Your subscription auto-renews on 10/25/17 for the December 2017 box

What is the deadline for the current box?
Those who sign up before the 15th will receive the current month's box! All subscription orders processed after the 15th will ship in the next cycle. Bimonthly cycles are Feb, April, June, Aug, Oct, Dec.

Where and how do you ship?
We ship worldwide! All orders are shipped via USPS.

How can I cancel my subscription and/or receive a refund?
If you ever need to close your subscription, you can cancel anytime by either logging into your account or emailing us! Here's a step-by-step approach if you need a little hand holding (I mean, if you're cool with that). Just make sure you cancel prior to shipment (the 15th of that month). Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for boxes that have shipped.

Can I skip a box and keep my subscription? I just don't have enough money now!
Absolutely! You can do so by logging into your account to make the changes. Here's a thorough step-by-step instruction here!

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated upon checkout based on your destination.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales from the shop are final.

For subscription boxes returned to us by the post office, we will contact you once we receive it. You will have 30 days to respond and claim your box. Thereafter, we will charge first class USPS shipping price. If the same box is returned again and you'd like to receive it, we will charge first class USPS shipping price.
